KSU holds international seminar-exhibition "The Path of the Ancestors – a Great Heritage for Descendants"

On March 28, Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev held the international seminar-exhibition "The Path of the Ancestors – a Great Heritage for Descendants" at the “Ololo” coworking center. The event was organized under the Presidential Decree "National Spirit – Global Heights" and the university’s 80th anniversary. Guests included Oktyabr Kapalbaev, Deputy Head of Strategic Planning at the Presidential Administration; journalist Zhamby Jusubaeva; and KSU Vice-Rector Jayna Sadykbek kyzy. Key presentations included:

• Kajet Andas, Director of Kazakhstan’s “Zhetisu Center for Regional Studies”: “Kyrgyz-Kazakh Cultural Relations”
• International journalist Akcholpon Koichieva: “International National Ideology”
• Assoc. Prof. Gulzada Stanalieva from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University: “Issues in the Development of the State Language”
• Nazira Momunbaeva from the National Museum of History: “National Costumes as a Reflection of National Culture”

An exhibition of archival photo and audio materials was also presented.

As part of the event, Gulnara Usengazieva Director of the Institute of Additional Professional Education named after M.R. Rakhimova and Kazhet Andas Director of the Public Association of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Zhetisu" Center for Local Studies, signed a bilateral agreement on mutually beneficial cooperation. The event was organized by the M.R. Rakhimova Institute of Additional Professional Education.
