The Board of Trustees of a state educational organization of the Kyrgyz Republic is an elected body of co-government of a state educational organization without the status of a legal entity, carrying out the functions of providing assistance to achieve the statutory goals of the state educational organization, as well as attracting additional (extra-budgetary) funds and monitoring their intended use.

The purpose of the KSU BT is to contribute to improving the quality of educational services provided, the transparency of the activities of KSU named after. I. Arabaev, as well as the effectiveness of the use of extra budgetary funds.

The tasks of the KSU BT are:

Ø assistance in creating conditions for the effective organization of activities of KSU named after. I. Arabaev;

Ø assistance in achieving KSU named after. I. Arabaev statutory goals and objectives;

Ø promoting effective interaction between KSU named after. I. Arabaev with civil society organizations, as well as with international organizations;

Ø attracting additional sources of funding for KSU named after. I. Arabaev, which do not contradict the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic
