The Admissions Office serves as the primary source of information and organization for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities and Functions:
1. Informing: Providing prospective students and their parents with comprehensive information about KSU’s faculties, institutes, specialties, and forms of education (full-time and part-time). Also provides information about terms of study, tuition, and budget places.
2. Documents Required for Admission: Accepting and verifying the required admission documents from applicants (certificate/diploma, General Republican Testing Certificate (ORT), passport copy, photos, etc.).
3. Counseling: Providing consultations on admission rules, requirements, and deadlines for submitting documents, as well as other issues related to admission.
4. Organization of Admission Tests (if necessary): Organizing additional admission tests or creative exams for certain specialties or categories of applicants.
5. Formation of ratings and enrollment: Forming ratings of applicants and participates in preparing enrollment orders (based on the results of the General Republican Testing (ORT) and/or additional tests).
6. Open Days: Organizing events for schoolchildren and future applicants to acquaint them with the university.
