The trade union organization of KSU builds its work on the principles of partnership with the rector and with the vice rectors, supports educational, cultural and mass work, treatment, solving the housing problem, pays special attention to the work of the prophylactic, holds creative exhibitions of amateurs, creates a women's council, etc.

 The main activities of the trade union organization of KSU:

• Development and acceptance of collective agreement.
• Organization of recreation of employees and their children, cultural activities;
• Financial support for trade union members;
• Help to solve housing and household issues.
• To improve labor protection, to further improve material and household services for employees and students, to take care of the health of trade union members and their families.
• Development of economic and socialist democracy, control of the implementation of contracts and agreements between the trade union committee and the administration. The Central Committee of the trade union of education and science workers of the Kyrgyz Republic, headed by his Excellency A.T Toktogulov, directs the trade union organizations of higher educational institutions of the republic. Our union is the largest (200,000 members) and achieved a high level of organization. Based on clear discipline, pragmatic planning and continuous self-improvement through union training and seminars.

The administration of the University conscientiously fulfills the obligations stipulated in the Collective Agreement.

In the trade union budget, structural units for holding events on memorable dates, providing material assistance to needy employees and students, provide funds.

The following commissions work in the trade union committee:

• on labor disputes;
• dispute resolution commission;
• on attestation of positions and establishment of additional fees for harmful working conditions;
• mass organization;
• social and household.
