Institute of World Languages and International Relations

The history of the Institute of World Languages ​​and International Relations begins in 1952. The Department of Foreign Languages ​​opened at the Kyrgyz Pedagogical Institute named after V. V. Mayakovsky, and since 1972, it has been training German language teachers, and since 1980, English and German language teachers, German and English language teachers.

Currently,  is a modern scientific and educational complex. More than one thousand students and graduate students study there, more than 80 highly qualified teachers work there. DTzhEMI Great Britain, Austria, India, CIS, Russia, Kazakhstan, Hungary, etc. conducting international relations with foreign countries.

Graduates of IWLaIR work in linguistic centers, schools, colleges and universities. Graduates who are ready to continue research work within the institute will continue their studies at the master's and doctoral level.
