The Institute of International Educational Programs

The Institute of International Educational Programs is a structural subdivision of the Kyrgyz State University named after I.Arabaev. The Institute of International Educational Programs was established by the decision of the Scientific Council of  I. Arabaev KSU. 

Classes are held in English at the Institute. Both foreign citizens and citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic may study at the Institute of International Educational Programs. 

The first director of the Institute of International Educational Programs was Baitugolova Zh. А. candidate of pedagogical sciences. Since 2022 the institute is headed by Associate Professor Subanbekova M. Sh. 

Classes at the Institute are conducted in English and the teaching staff is fluent in English. Currently, the Institute employs 4 doctors of Sciences, 7 candidates of sciences, 2 professors, 2 associate professors, 5 senior lecturers and 3 teachers. The educational process at the Institute of International Educational Programs is carried out in the following areas:

550400 Social work;

532000 Physical Education; 

580100 Economics; 

550600 Fine Arts;  

550000 Philology. Russian language and literature; 

550300 Philology. Foreign language; 

550200 Information technologies.

The Institute of International Educational Programs also organizes language courses for foreign citizens. Language courses have three directions, there are:

  • Kyrgyz language and Kyrgyz culture;
  • Russian language;
  • English language.

 All language aspects: speaking, writing, reading and understanding the language are used in the learning process. Terms of training courses: 3, 6, 8 and 10 months.

         These programs contribute to the best education of foreign applicants since they are studying at the Institute. Our goal is to provide good education and achieve the best results in mastering courses, assistance in obtaining visas and psychological training in adapting to our country. At the end of the courses, we give a certificate of completion of the language.
