The Faculty of Physical Education together with the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry organized an event on International Sports Day

The rector of KSU named after I. Arabaev Aigul Abdraeva, representative of the United Nations Zhypara Rakishova, weightlifter of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Soviet Union, Olympic champion, four-time world and two-time European champion, recipient of the "Red Flag of Labor" and "Manas" orders attended this event. Owner Kanybek Osmonaliev, master of sports in weightlifting, bodybuilding type of sport. Several-time champion of Kyrgyzstan and 5-time world champion in stick wrestling, Keldibek Ataybek uulu, and Mirbek Shabdanov, a coach skilled in big football, coach of the championship of the Kyrgyz Republic among the 2022 double teams of "Alga" football club, participated.

Every guest who came to the sports event received the floor, Kanybek Osmonaliev, a master of weightlifting, gave his advice to the students of our University, that everyone should find his place in life, shared his advice and his life story. In addition, Ataybek uulu Keldibek, a master of stick fighting and bodybuilding, told the youth to be patriotic and work hard.

As part of the sports event, the students and teachers of KSU named after I. Arabaev continued with a ceremony of honoring those who have achieved success in the field of sports during the year.

At the end of the event, the "Gymnastics and Aerobics" hall was opened for the employees and students of KSU named after I. Arabaev. Mamatkan Chorov, Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry, took part.

It should be noted that the Faculty of Physical Education named after I. Arabayev has been working as a faculty since November 1, 2022. Before this faculty was only a department.
