Rector of Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev Aigul Abdraeva Together with Valentina Bogatyreva, Rector of Vitebsk State University named after Masherov, they signed a memorandum on academic mobility and bilateral cooperation. According to the agreement, they will cooperate in the direction of development of educational, scientific and socio-cultural activities.
