Rector of KSU named after I. Arabayev Aigul Abdraeva received Mehmet Bodur, coordinator of TIKA organization of Turkey in Kyrgyzstan

On February 13, Rector of KSU named after I. Arabayev, Professor Aigul Abdraeva received Mehmet Bodur, coordinator of Turkey's TIKA organization in Kyrgyzstan, and Resul Ahmet Karagöz, his deputy. The meeting was attended by Talantbek Kurmanbek uulu, vice-rector for academic affairs of the university, Samat Jumaliev, director of the State Institute of Language and Culture, and Rahat Rai kyzy, head of the international relations department.

Within the framework of the meeting, bilateral talks were held and ways of cooperation in various directions were considered. More specifically, multidisciplinary education, improvement of cooperation with educational institutions in Turkey and implementation of joint projects. In addition, along with the creation of a Kyrgyz-Turkish cultural center at the university, the issue of training translation specialists in Kyrgyz-Turkish languages ​​was discussed. In addition, the dean of the Faculty of Theology, Nurbek Shamraliev, organized a tour of the university and introduced the activities of the media center.
