A 2-day scientific-practical conference on issues of andragogy is being held at KSU

Today, on October 9, a scientific-practical conference  "Development of andragogy in the Kyrgyz Republic: conditions and challenges" is being held at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev. The event was attended by Rector of KSU Aigul Abdraeva, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Rasul Abazbek uulu, Special and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Germany to the Kyrgyz Republic Gabriela Gellil, Director of DVV International in the Kyrgyz Republic Nadezhda Romanenko, Professor Ishengul Bolzhurova, as well as representatives of international organizations. The purpose of the event is to discuss the conditions and opportunities for the development of the system of education and training of adults in the country, to consider the actual issues of andragogy. During the scientific-practical conference, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ishengul Bolzhurova "Modern Education: Challenges and Threats", Project Manager "Cheber: Skills Development in Kyrgyzstan" Akima Orozalieva she made a report under the title "Development of the non-formal education system in the Kyrgyz Republic" and expressed his opinion about the importance of non-formal education in the development of professional skills and its recognition. Within the framework of the conference, several sections are working, including theoretical and practical aspects of andragogy, higher education. The role of institutions in education, professional level improvement of personnel and international experiences are being discussed.
