Second day of seminar on English Language Teaching Policy in Central Asia held at KSU
On June 4, the second day of the seminar on English language teaching policy in Central Asia continued at Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev as part of the British Council’s AELLCA (Accelerating English Language Learning in Central Asia) project. The event was attended by Aichurok Myrzalymbekova Head of the International Relations Department at KSU, guests from Uzbekistan and the faculty of the Institute of World Languages and International Relations named after Sh. Kadyrova. During the event, AELLCA project consultants Yayra Abduraimova and Nodira Isamukhamedova conducted a training session titled “Incorporating Reflection into the PRESETT Program.” They emphasized the importance of pedagogical reflection and explained the necessity of this approach in training future English language teachers.
