KSU started calculations on rational use of energy

Today, December 19, at the initiative of the Center "Management of Green Technologies and Resources," created at the Institute of Natural Sciences and Tourism of the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev, calculations have begun on the rational use of energy. During the event, calculations are carried out under the supervision of a well-known expert of the national level Rishat Kozhonov and are sponsored by the "Program for the Development of a Green Economy in the Private Sector of the Kyrgyz Republic - GIZ." The main goal of the event: to create conditions for the green development of the university, the possibility of using renewable energy sources and strengthening environmental sustainability. This initiative is being implemented jointly with the vice-rector for economic work of the university Bakbur Isaev, director of the Institute of Natural Sciences and Tourism Gulnaz Zhalilova, a group of engineers and young teachers of the Department of Physics. As part of the event, the university continues to work to improve environmental sustainability and the use of green technologies. It should be noted that KSU took part in the world-class environmental sustainability rating "GreenMetric" and took 2nd place among universities in Kyrgyzstan. This is a great achievement for our university.
