Subject Week Continues at KSU

As part of the ongoing subject week at the Institute of State Language and Culture of I. Arabaev Kyrgyz State University, Professor Tolgonai Sydykova, Doctor of Philology, from the Department of Kyrgyz Language and Teaching Methodology, conducted a practical lesson titled “Homonyms in the Kyrgyz Language and Their Types.” The event was attended by the Director of the Institute, Doctor of Philology and Professor Samat Jumaliev, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, Doctor of Philology and Professor Aida Egemberdieva, department heads Professor Raihan Abdullaeva (Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences) and Nurida Kasymbekova, as well as faculty members including Associate Professor Dinara Altaeva (Candidate of Philological Sciences) and Senior Lecturer Kulumkan Sadykova. During the session, students received in-depth knowledge about homonyms in the Kyrgyz language and their types. Using the “Pictures Speak” method, students worked in groups to present and support their understanding. As a result, a slide presentation was prepared, and each student shared their thoughts and drew conclusions based on the topic. The event was organized by the Institute of State Language and Culture of KSU.
