KSU Rector A. Abdraeva received delegation from IM JAPAN

On September 21, Professor Aigul Abdraeva, Rector of Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev, received a delegation from IM JAPAN (International Manpower Development Organization, Japan).

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation in vocational training and professional exchange between Kyrgyzstan and Japan and expressed readiness to expand practical collaboration.

The purpose of the IM JAPAN delegation’s visit was to explore Kyrgyzstan’s human resource potential in elderly care and to discuss the future of training specialists for Japan’s labor market.

About IM JAPAN:
Established in 1991, IM JAPAN focuses on preparing and sending foreign technical interns and professionals to Japan. The organization runs training, internship and employment programs in sectors like elderly care, industry, construction, services actively collaborating with countries across Asia.

Rector Aigul Abdraeva stated that KSU is ready to become a key partner in training qualified professionals for work in Japan, especially in the field of elderly care.

At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed confidence that the cooperation would contribute to the further development of Kyrgyz-Japanese relations in education and social fields.
