KSU students and chef Saito Koichi from Japan jointly held a master class

Today, February 28, students of the Institute of Japanese Studies of I. Arabayev Kyrgyz State University, who have completed a 1-year internship in Japan, together with Saito Koichi, chef of the Ryobun Hotel on Rebun Island, Japan, held a master class on Japanese and French cuisine at the Tihiro_sushi restaurant. The master class demonstrated the features of Japanese and French cuisines, methods of preparing dishes, gave participants practical experience, and increased their interest in the culinary world of cuisine. This event will help students expand their culinary knowledge and understand the diversity of international cuisines.
